This document describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the websites of Italchimica S.r.l., or the methods of collection, conservation, use and deletion of “any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person” (as defined from article 4 of European Reg. 679/2016).

Collection of personal data and their use

In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, Code regarding the protection of personal data) and community legislation, (European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent changes, ITALCHIMICA sites respect and protect the privacy of visitors.

Please note that when using the company websites ITALCHIMICA may collect and process the personal data of visitors. ITALCHIMICA sites make use of log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored. The information collected may be as follows:

– internet protocol (IP) address;
– browser type and device parameters used to connect to the site;
– name of the internet service provider (ISP);
– date and time of visit;
– visitor’s origin and exit web page;
– possibly the number of clicks.

The aforementioned information is processed in an automated form and collected in an exclusively aggregated form in order to verify the correct functioning of the site and for security reasons. These data are never used to identify or profile the user, but only for the purposes of protecting the site and its users.

ITALCHIMICA will use personal data exclusively in ways compatible with the purposes for which they were acquired or subsequently authorized by the interested party.

“Cookies” – Information automatically saved on your computer

Cookies are information automatically stored on a website displayed on a user’s computer. When the user visits an ITALCHIMICA website, it is possible that some data is stored on his computer in the form of “cookies” to automatically recognize the user on subsequent visits. ITALCHIMICA makes all reasonable efforts to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdictions regarding cookies and requests express consent from users for the use of cookies within its sites.

Disabling cookies

If you do not adhere to this cookie policy and wish to exclude their collection from ITALCHIMICA websites, the visitor can deny his consent by using the dedicated banner or, since the cookies are connected to the browser used, each user can disable them directly from their browser , thus refusing/withdrawing consent to their use.

Requests for information and sending of CVs

In order to guarantee correct processing of personal data, it is requested that any requests for information be sent via the dedicated web page and that CVs are sent exclusively via e-mail to the address curriculum@italchimica.it

CVs received in other forms or by other means will not be taken into consideration and will be immediately cancelled.

Data retention

ITALCHIMICA stores and processes personal data exclusively for the time necessary for the specific declared purpose or for the duration established by laws or regulations.

At the end of the retention period, the personal data collected will be deleted.

Rights

We inform users that the GDPR provides the possibility for the interested party to ask the data controller for access to personal data, rectification, portability or cancellation of the same and the limitation of their processing; the interested party may also have the possibility to object to the processing of data and to exercise the other rights contained in chapter 3 section 1 of the GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent, where applicable. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

Access to data and correction of the same

Data security and integrity

ITALCHIMICA takes all reasonable precautions to preserve the security of the personal data in its possession against loss, abuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of the same and periodically reviews its security policies in scope of guaranteeing the privacy of personal data.

Changes to this policy

ITALCHIMICA reserves the right to modify and update this information. Whenever material changes are made to this information, ITALCHIMICA will publish the revised text on its websites.
